Moragan Triumphs -- Again -- At California State Fair
The secret kitchens of Moraga's Les Trois Bisous have been quietly churning out a whole new line of foodstuffs -- and don't think the judges at the California State Fair haven't noticed.
Patch's personal supply of baked goods happens to come from the kitchens of a local woman who continues to dazzle judges and foodies with her sweet treats.
won Best in Show for her Blackberry BBQ sauce, (plus Best in Class for her Strawberry-Blueberry Jam) at the California State Fair over the weekend and we can personally vouch for that jam. (Patch note to Joan: We need more, please).

Joan's daughter and heir to the Moraga baking throne Ashleigh Edelsohn also won Best in Division for her Strawberry Jam plus a bunch of other First Place finishes for other entries.
Joan and Ashleigh are busy turning out Tarts, Pies, Cakes for next week's judging and we are begging, begging you, Joan -- for some of those creme de menthe marshmallow treats you made for us on a whim a while back. Wife seriously addicted.
