Free Opera Event In Orinda Park Sunday

This Sunday, July 28, starting at 4 PM, the opera concert in the park event is taking place. This free concert, led by Maestra Julia Neilsen of San Francisco, will feature a host of talented singers performing favorite opera arias and ensembles.
One of those singers, mezzo soprano Lisa van der Ploeg, is from Orinda. See the video for an example of her stunning talent.
The event, sponsored by the Orinda Rotary Club, is at 28 Orinda Way. Parking is free, and so is admission.
