Starting August 2012, the International Film Showcase will be playing the same movie selection in three theaters; Orinda, El Campanil (Antioch) and BlueLight (Cupertino).

This film is based on the true story of the formation of the Serbian national soccer team in 1930 to compete in the first World Cup in Montevideo, Uruguay. The story follows eleven passionate, mostly anonymous soccer players and their journey to the first ever FIFA World Cup.  The initial doubt that surrounded their personal and professional lives is transformed into a shared ambition to prove themselves in Montevideo.  As a result it is a story about friendship, competition, persistence and love for the game of soccer.
