Henna Program at the Moraga Library

Moraga Library will present Rachel-Anne Palacios who will be describing the history of body art and temporary henna tattoos.  She will apply a henna tattoo to each participant, and will give each person a kit to create henna tattoos at home. Call  Moraga Library at 925-376-6852 to register.Paid for by the Friends of the Moraga Library. Program is for ages 12 and up.
