Myra Ozaeta moved from East Greenwich Village, New York City, to Orinda a year and a half ago.
Looks like she got out just in time. The photo is from a friend in her old neighborhood.
"We were already really happy to move to Orinda," Ozaeta emailed Patch. She said the friends in the East Village have no power and limited cellphone reception.
