He's Been Up In The Tree So Long ...

Update: Halloween aftermath — some vandalism reported in Moraga. And just one more photo before the Halloween season blows out of here for another year ...

I commend this family on Beechwood Drive, Lafayette, for the skeleton in the tree.

I love his casual pose.

They also have a murder of crows perched on their porch railing. They're probably plastic crows. But who knows? They could be from the taxidermist. This photographer did not get close enough to find out.

Halloween could not pass without some youths taking the tricks too far. Around 8:00 p.m. on Halloween, a man in the 2000 block of Ascot Drive heard a group of youngsters outside, in front of his house. When he went outside to see what was up, he noticed a light fixture broken. He estimated the damage at $250.

"There are currently no suspects or investigative leads," stated a Moraga police report.
