Contra Costa Dems to Parade Patriotism in Orinda on July 4th

Members of the Lamorinda Democratic Club will be walking in the annual Orinda Fourth of July Parade on Wednesday, July 4, 2012, to display their patriotism. Each parade participant is asked to wear a “Democratic” T-shirt and/or buttons. Games, musical entertainment and booths displaying community information, including that of the Lamorinda Democratic Club, will be available in the Orinda Community Center Park following the parade.

The Lamorinda Democratic Club, with over 900 members, is one of the largest and most active Democratic clubs in the State, and welcomes Democrats from all over the East Bay.

When? Wednesday, July 4, 8:45 AM assembly at staging area, 10:00 AM parade
Where? Orinda BART parking lot on the east side of Camino Pablo, 11 Camino Pablo, Orinda, CA--approx. 5 miles east of Oakland
